Payment Policy

YATUEI accepts American Express, Visa, & Mastercard. We make every effort to have sufficient stock, but occasionally we may sell out of a product and it will need to be custom made which will take around 7-14 business days.


Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping: All orders are processed within 3-4 business days when items are in stock, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do our best to guarantee availability of products. Orders are processed out of Pickering, ON. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available we will notify you via email and you can choose to be refunded or wait-listed. All shipments are sent by Canada Post, unless otherwise instructed. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, a signature is required.

International Shipping (US Only - unless specially ordered): International orders will be shipped via Canada Post with Shopify Shipping. For international orders a customs duty will be charged to you, depending on the country in which you reside. The customer is responsible for paying this duty.


Online Return Policy

Returns are exchange only. We are happy to exchange any intact and unused merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer must be pre-authorized prior to sending any items back for a return/exchange. YATUEI holds the right to deny exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our return requirements. All items must be shipping back with original tags and/or packaging. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost. All candles, apothecary products and crystals are final sale. YATUEI is not responsible or liable for broken and damaged items, including crystals and candles.
